摘要
公务员职业倦怠在我国所占比例较高,不仅严重影响公务员本人的身心健康,而且直接影响政府效能和公众形象,乃至改革的成败及和谐社会的成功构建。社会环境因素、政府组织因素和公务员个体因素共同促成了公务员职业倦怠的产生和发展。只有全社会积极关注,公务员自身不断努力、政府部门不断推进管理改革、社会环境协同支持,才能有效预防公务员职业倦怠,提升公务员职业生活质量,促进社会的和谐发展。
Now the job burnout ratio among the civil servants is relatively higher in China. The civil servant burnout not only affects the body and mind health of the civil servants themselves seriously, but also the government efficiency and its public image directly, even has some influence on success or failure of the management reform and successful building of the harmonious society. The civil servant job burnout results from the society, the government organization and the civil servants themselves. Only the whale society show enthusiastic concern for it, the civil servants themselves make great efforts, the government departments push its management reform ac- tively, and the social environment supports it, can the civil servants job burnout be prevented effectively, can the civil servants job life quality be promoted, and can the harmonious development of the society be advanced.
