CO_2激光对小鼠免疫功能影响的实验研究

摘要 采用1WCO_2激光器照射小鼠胸腺区及脾区,观察激光照射对血清IgG、溶血素、AFC及LGL的影响.实验结果表明,激光照射组上述免疫指标明显高于对照组(P<0.01),由此证明,CO_2激光具有增强免疫细胞活性及促进免疫分子产生的作用. In this paper,it's showed that thymus and spleen region of mice was irradiated by 1 W CO2laser to observate the influence of laser irradiation on the IgG' LGL' AFC and hemolysin. The resultsshowed that lgG'LGL 'AFCand hemolysin in the roup irradiated were obviously improved over those in thecontrolled group (p<0. 01). The conclusion is that CO2 laser irradiated spleen area can enhance the activa-tion of immune cell and promote production of immune molecule.
