促进我国工程机械产业升级的研究现状及展望

Advances and future directions on upgrading of construction machinery industry in China

分析了我国工程机械产业升级所面临的困境以及国际工程机械等装备制造领域的发展趋势,阐述了国内外关于发展工程机械行业及促进装备制造转型升级的研究现状.参照当前国家为推动工程机械及相关的装备制造产业而出台的一系列政策措施,对现有的理论研究成果进行了对照与综合分析,从增长方式、生产模式及管理模式三方面总结上述研究成果的意义.最后针对在支撑产业政策制定和理论支持等方面所存在的不足,给出了未来进行工程机械及装备制造产业政策与理论研究展望.

Preliminarily, the dilemmas on domestic gether with the future trends on such international industrial upgrading for construction machinery, toequipment manufacturing industries as construction machinery, is analyzed. Afterwards, the advances on global construction machinery industry and equipment manufacturing upgrading are reviewed. Referring to a series of industrial polices and regulations, which have been released to promote the development of national construction machinery and related equipment manufacturing industries, comparison and synthesis on current research work are thereafter presented in terms of development, manufacturing and management modes. Subsequently, such disadvantages as industrial policy-setting and theoretical supporting are pinpointed. Consequently, the future directions on relevant industrial policy and theoretical research are postulated.
