摘要
介绍了深厚冲积层冻结管断裂的主要特点,通过对冻结管受力状况进行分析,可知其应力主要包括:冻土外压力和盐水内压力作用引起的冻结管应力、冻结管自身温度变化引起的温度应力、土层与冻结管间摩擦力作用引起的竖向应力、冻结管侧向变形引起的弯曲应力;并总结出深井冻结管断裂的主要原因,在此基础上提出了深厚冲积层冻结管断裂的防治措施,为深井冻结设计及施工提供参考。
This article describes the main features of the frozen pipe fracture of the deep alluvium.Through the analysis of the stress situation of frozen pipe,the stress mainly include the frozen pipe stress caused by frozen soil external pressure and salt water internal pressure,the temperature stress caused by frozen pipe itself temperature,the vertical stress caused by the friction between the soil and the frozen pipe,the bending stress caused by the lateral deformation of the frozen pipe.The paper proposed the prevention measures for frozen pipe fracture of the deep alluvium based on its main reasons summary,and those are the references in design and construction of deep shaft freezing.
