河东新城特色营造途径之探索

Ponder over hedong new city plan based on GIS technology

以河东新城规划为例,具体阐述通过GIS、地理影像等技术的运用,不仅划定出河东新城的"三区"、发现基地内存在八个台地、找到了县城四条人文空间轴线等。同时,深入挖掘思南地域文化。笔者发现正因为将这些通过GIS技术获得的成果及地方特色文化运用到新城规划设计当中去,才使得新城在用地布局、空间轴线架构、景观营造等方面独具特色。本文希望能为今后城市特色营造带来启发。

This article adopts GIS technology,Geographic Imaging and so on,which not only delimits the ＂three areas＂ of the new city of Hedong,discoveres eight mesas in the area,finds out four cultural and geographical axes of the county,but also cognizes the local culture of Sinan further more and so on.After ponder over,we find that they are the rational basis and start points of the land layout,spatial axes construction,characteristic building and so on in the new city urban plan.
