摘要
应用数学模拟技术对生物絮凝再生工艺系统进行模拟工艺设计,并对工艺运行参数进行优化。模拟结果表明:当污泥浓度达到一定值,回流比、氧化时间和SRT对颗粒型有机物(CODSS)去除率影响不大,但对有机物(COD)、溶解性有机物(SCOD)和NH4+-N去除率影响较大。絮凝时间对出水COD、SCOD、CODSS和NH4+-N的去除率影响较大,当絮凝时间过短,直接影响活性污泥对CODSS的吸附率和微生物对SCOD和NH4+-N的利用率。综合各种因素,对生物絮凝-再生工艺的运行参数进行优化,得到理想运行参数为:回流比为0.6,絮凝时间为40 min,氧化时间为1.5h和污泥龄为6d。
Mathematical modeling techniques shall be applied for process design of bioflocculation regeneration process system,and optimize the process operation parameters.Simulation results show that: When the sludge concentration reaches a certain value,the reflux ratio,oxidation time and SRT have little effect on the organic particle matter(CODSS) removal rate.But they have greater impact on organic matter(COD),dissolved organic matter(SCOD) and NH+4-N removal rate.Flocculation time play an important role on the effluent COD,SCOD、CODSSand NH+4-N removal rate.If the flocculation time is too short,it have a direct impact on the rate of activated sludge to adsorb CODSSand micro-organisms utilize SCOD and NH-N.Combination of all factors,optimize the bioflocculation-regeneration process operation parameters and get the ideal operation parameters: reflux ratio is 0.6,the flocculation time is 40min,oxidation time is 1.5h and the sludge age is 6d.
