摘要
气体传感器的温度调制技术是改善传感器选择性和稳定性的有效方法之一,近几年研究比较活跃。详细分析了气体传感器的温度调制技术,并从温度调制方法、动态信号处理技术、调制模式优化以及动态响应建模等方面进行了综述,并讨论了该技术的研究趋势。
Temperature modulation technology has been proved to be an efficient method to improve gas sensors' selectivity and stability. Lots of research have been carried out recently. The temperature modulation techniques of gas sensors are investigated and analyzed detailed in this paper, and it is stated from four key points including temperature modulation methods, dynamic signal processing techniques, optimization of modulation modes and modeling of dynamic responses. The developing trends of the technique is discussed at last.
