影响光纤SPR传感器性能的几个因素

摘要 要设计最佳性能的光纤表面等离子体波共振(SPR)传感器,必须研究各种参数对传感器性能的影响,根据给出的评估标准进行优化。由于所有参数统一优化存在困难,同时也没有必要,因此参数的优化可以在特定条件下进行。在给出理论公式的基础上,利用设计的SPR传感器对影响性能的各参数进行了理论计算,并对结果进行了比较和分析,为光纤SPR传感系统的优化设计提供了参考,并给出了设计建议。 To design fiber SPR sensor with optimal performance ~ the influence of all parameters on performance of the sensor should be studied, optimization can be realized according to estimation standard. It is very difficult and unnecessary to optimize all parameters, so parameter optimization can be carried out in particular condition. On the basis of giving academic formula. All parameters which influence characteristics is theoretic calculated using the SPR sensor. Optimal suggestion is provide by comparing and analyzing the experiment results.
