氢渗透传感器的安全设计

摘要 石化行业使用氢渗透传感器监测设备的安全运行,评估设备的安全运行状态。通过分析氢渗透传感器工作原理,深入探讨了影响氢渗透传感器的环境因素,分析了传感器的技术要求。分析表明:氢渗透传感器的防爆性能要符合ExiaⅡAT4,采用聚四氟乙烯作为传感器的内腔保护层,正确使用氢渗透传感器延长使用寿命,氢渗透传感器的安全设计具有实践指导意义。 Safety running status of the equipment is monitored by hydrogen permeation sensor in petrification industry. The safety state of the equipment operation is evaluated. Surroundings factors which affect hydrogen permeation sensor are thoroughly discussed. Technique requirement of the sensor is analyzed. It is showed by analysis that explosion proof performances of the sensor fit Exia Ⅱ AT4. PTFE is used as safeguard layer of sensor inner cavity. If the hydrogen permeation sensor is correctly used, it can prolong the life time. It has practical guiding meaning for the safety design of hydrogen permeation sensor.
