摘要 针对光纤陀螺光源驱动控制特点,设计了一种新型高精度超辐射发光二极管(SLD)光源驱动控制系统。恒流源输出电流稳定且光源保护措施可靠,温控系统以高性能TEC控制器ADN8831为核心,功耗低,体积小且集成度高。测试结果表明:该系统性能优良,操作方便,恒流精度可达0.01%,温控精度优于0.005℃,光源输出光功率在-40~+70℃范围内比较稳定,能够满足光纤陀螺系统对光源控制精度和稳定性的要求。 Aimed at the fiber-optic gyroscope (FOG) light source driving control characteristics, a new high- precision driving control system of super-luminescent diode SLD was designed. The constant current source provides stable output current and reliable laser protection. Temperature control system based on high performance TEC controller ADN8831 has the advantage of high precision,low cost and high integration degree. It is indicated from the test result that the precision of constant current is 0.01%, the precision of controlled temperature is above 0.005 ℃, the output light power is comparative stable in the temperature range of -40 ℃ to + 70℃, and this system can satisfy the requirements of control precision and stability.
