摘要 从提高晶体粒度角度出发,使用间歇冷却过程,在夹套式结晶器内研究了六水氯化锶结晶过程,通过正交试验,确定了影响氯化锶晶体粒度的因素和最佳结晶工艺条件。主要影响因素为降温速率、养晶时间、搅拌速度,最佳条件:降温速率5℃/h,养晶时间20 min,搅拌速率200 r/min,在该条件下氯化锶的粒度可以达到657.3μm。 Strontium chloride hexhydrate crystallization process has been studied in batch crystallization process in a jacket crystallizer.Orthogonal experiments were carried out in order to determine the optimal condition for obtaining the large size of crystals.Major factors which affects the crystal size and the optimal condition were determined.The results show that the major factors were the cooling rate,the stirring rate,the ripening time of the crystal.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:cooling rate is 5 ℃/h,ripening time of crystal is 20 min,stirring rate is 200 r/min.The crystal size of strontium chloride hexhydrate could be about 657.3 μm under optimum conditions.
