都市农民工休闲生活特征及其成因——基于上海市农民工的调查

On the characteristic and cause of formation of leisure life of peasant workers:based on the investigation on the peasant workers in Shanghai

采用问卷调查法、深度访谈法收集第一手资料,用客观指标与主观指标测度了来沪务工农民的休闲生活特征。客观上,工作时间长与收入低决定了沪上农民工平时缺乏闲暇时间,而且其闲暇活动形式少,层次低。企业供给缺乏动力,政府供给不足,市场供给被忽略,交往方式单一、社区融入性差等导致农民工难以真正融入城市的休闲生活;主观上,沪上农民工已经具有一定的休闲需求,但是对休闲生活的满意度比较低。贫乏的休闲生活造成了农民工幸福感低下、消极怠工、心理失衡和行为越轨等问题,而从政府、企业、个人三管齐下是解决问题的主要路径。

Based on the survey for the leisure life of peasant-workers in Shanghai this article outlines the characteristics and the problems of leisure life of peasant-works in Shanghai city.On the external aspect,peasant-workers don’t have enough spare time and money to afford the expenditure on the recreation activities,recreation supply from the employer,government and the market is adequate.In addition,they couldn’t have a close relationship with the local people make the regular recreation harder.On the internal aspect,their satisfaction for their leisure life is low despite that they are already aware of the importance of the recreation for humanness.This article gives some recommendations for bettering the leisure lives of peasants-workers in Shanghai.
