语言能力与职业地位获得的相关性研究——基于长沙10所高职院校的调查数据 被引量:1

摘要 基于长沙10所高职院校2009届568名毕业生的实证调查数据考察了语言习得与职业地位获得的关系。结果表明,大学英语四六级水平和专业英语四级和八级水平对高职院校毕业生就业和就业后的工资有显著性影响,但英语三级水平对高职院校毕业生的就业和就业后的工资均没有显著性影响;普通话水平对高职院校毕业生就业有显著性影响,但普通话水平对已就业的毕业生的工资没有显著性影响;会讲学校所在城市方言对高职院校毕业生找工作没有较明显的帮助,但对已就业毕业生的工资却有较显著的影响。 This paper studies the relation between language acquisition and occupation status acquisition based on an empirical survey on 568 students who graduated in 2009 from 10 higher vocational schools in Changsha.The conclusions indicates that the level of CET-4,CET-6,CSET-4 and CSET-8 has significant influence on individual employment and wage of the graduates of higher vocational schools,but the level of CET-3 has not significant influence on it;The level of mandarin has significant influence on the individual employment of the graduates of higher vocational schools,but it has not significant influence on their wage;Being able to speaking dialect of the city where the schools locate has not significant influence on getting jobs,but it has significant influence on wage of the graduates who have obtained occupation.
