摘要
1958年的"大跃进"催生了人民公社,"一大二公"的人民公社建立伊始,就普遍推行工资制与供给制相结合的分配制度,但实施不久便因面临困难而进行调整,并在曲折坚持中走向终结。这一分配制度的形成是急于向共产主义过渡和对经济形势估计盲目乐观的结果。它的实施不仅未能促进生产力的发展,反而给农业生产带来了严重的困难。
The Great Leap Forward Movement in 1958 brought about the people＇s communes throughout the country.No sooner had the people’s communes characterized with a large scale and all-communion combined come into being than the distribution system integrated with the wage system and the supply system was widely put into practice.But this distribution system soon was found to be adjusted because of the difficulties it met,and came to an end during the tortuous persistence.This distribution system was a result of harsh transition towards communism and was also a result of over optimistic about the economic situation.The implementation of it was not only unavailable for the development of the productive force,but also brought about severe consequences for the agriculture.
