摘要
首都经济贸易大学OTA的使命是:帮助和促进教师的教学、科研,同时还帮助教师身心健康水平的提升。OTA秉承"服务性、互助性和全球性"的价值观,致力于"释放教师潜能、追求卓越教学、提升科研层次",举办了六大品牌活动:午餐工作坊、主题沙龙、国际研讨会、教师职业导航、一对一私密帮助、巅峰课程。OTA具有四大特色:(1)紧密配合各学院的教师职业生涯规划和教授私密帮助服务于教师实现其职业生涯规划;(2)充分发挥本校教育学专家和人力资源管理专家的作用,将教师促进列入本校人力资源开发工作的一个重要环节;(3)功能更加全面,OTA定位于教师促进而不仅仅是教学促进,也就是说,OTA致力于全面促进教师的教学、科研及身心健康;(4)志愿者组织体制创新。从主管校领导到OTA负责人到工作人员,完全实行志愿者体制,大家积极献身于教师促进事业。
The mission of OTA (Office of Teacher Advancement) of Capital University of Economics and Business is to advance comprehensive teaching, research and physical and mental health of its faculty. The OTA subservient to the value of service, mutual aid and globalization, works at releasing teachers' potentiality, pursuing excellent teaching and promoting research level. The OTA holds six activities, including luncheon workshop, themed salon, international seminar, guideline for faculty, one - one private help and capstone courses. It has the school, taking teacher advancement as an important content in human resources development; . It has more comprehensive functions orienting at teacher advancement rather than only teaching advancement, that is, working at comprehensive advancement of teaching, research and mental and physical health of the faculty; iv. Volunteer system gets innovation, completely enforcing volunteer system from administrative leaders to OTA leaders and working staff, working at teacher advancement.
