摘要
学校惩罚存在的合理性在于其具有秩序功能和矫治功能。但作为一种消极的教育和管理手段,学校惩罚使用不当易于异化为破坏性教育力量。本文对学校惩罚主体及其权限、学校惩罚对象及受体、学校惩罚方式及其选用进行了深入解析,以厘定学校惩罚要素的边界,导向惩罚的教育性目的。
The rationality of the school punishment is due to its order function and correcting function.But as a negative education and management means,the school punishment tends to alienate destructive educational power if it is used improperly.This paper analyzed deeply the school punishment subjects and its permissions,the school punishment object and receptors,the school punishment ways and choice,in order to set the boundary of the school punishment element,and to guide the school punishment to educational purposes.
