对新课改“以人为本”核心价值理念的价值学解读 被引量:3

摘要 中国基础教育新课程改革的"以人为本"的核心价值理念在某种意义上直接源于20世纪80年代初的素质教育。迄今为止,新课程改革实施已10年有余,然而大量调查显示新课程改革对中国基础教育的贡献依然停留在理念的层面上。原因在于新课程改革的核心价值理念尚未深入人心。更深层的原因在很大程度上又是由于对新课程改革的核心价值理念本身的诠释不明所造成的。为了推进新课程改革的进程,有必要从价值学的维度解读新课程改革理论的核心价值理念所蕴涵的丰富内涵。 In a sense, the people-oriented corn value of new national curriculum reform of the Chinese basic education directly develops from the quality education started in the early 1980s. So far, the reform has heen implemented for over 10 years,however,numerous surveys have shown that its contributions to the Chinese basic education are still limited on the level of idea. The reason is that the corn value of new na- tional curriculum reform has not been spread and grown stronger yet. The deep-rooted reason is that the people-oriented corn value of new national curriculum reform of basic education was not explained clear to a great extent. To promote the new national curriculum reform process, it is necessary to interpret the rich connotation contained in the corn value of new national curriculum reform from axiology perspective.
