摘要
[目的]总结腹股沟疝病人行后入路无张力疝修补术的护理措施。[方法]回顾性分析182例腹股沟疝病人行后入路无张力疝修补术的临床资料。[结果]本组病人均顺利手术,术后并发切口血肿4例,急性尿潴留7例,阴囊肿胀5例。[结论]加强腹股沟疝病人行后入路无张力疝修补术的护理是手术成功的保证。
Objective：It summarized nursing interventions for patients with inguinal hernia undergoing tension-free hernia repair via posterior approach.Methods：Clinical data of 182 inguinal hernia patients undergoing tension-free hernia repair via posterior approach were analyzed retrospectively.Results：Operations of all patients in this group were successful.Four cases had complicated with hematoma of incision after operation,7 cases were with acute urinary retention and 5 cases with scrotal tumidity after operation.Conclusion：To strengthen the nursing care of inguinal hernia patients undergoing tension-free hernia repair via posterior approach is the assurance of successful operation.
