封闭负压引流技术用于肛瘘术后30例临床观察及护理

Clinical observation on the effect of vacuum assisted closure on 30 patients after anal fistula surgery and nursing care

目的:探讨封闭负压引流技术(VAC)用于肛瘘术后的治疗效果及护理方法。方法:对30例肛瘘行小切口手术患者术后采用VAC,并给予密切观察与精心护理。结果:本组应用VAC后全部上皮化愈合。行VAC治疗5～10d,平均7d;切口愈合时间12～21d,平均14.5d。结论:VAC治疗肛瘘术后切口,具有引流通畅、不易堵塞管腔、防止大便污染切口的优点,操作简便,疗效可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the effect of vacuum assisted closure （VAC） on the patients after anal fistula surgery and nursing. Methods：VAC was applied to 30 patients who underwent anal fistula surgery by small incision,and the patients were given close observation and careful nursing care. Results：All patients got epithelial healing after application of VAC. VAC therapy lasted 5 to 10 days and averagely 7 days; the wound healing time was 12 to 21 days and averagely 14.5 days. Conclusion：The VAC therapy in the treatment of anal incision after anal fistula surgery has many advantages such as smooth drainage,less obstruction of the lumen and no stool contamination of incision. The technique is simple and curative effect is reliable,so it is worthy of clinical application.
