承德市节假日院前疾病谱特点分析

Analyzing the Features of Chengde City Holidays Pre-hospital Emergency Disease Speetrum

目的:了解承德市节假日院前急救患者的疾病谱,寻找变化规律,指导急救实践。方法:对2006年1月至2008年12月五一劳动节、十一国庆节、春节期间120急救中心救护车接至我院的院前急救患者的性别、年龄、就诊时间、急诊诊断等进行回顾性统计分析。结果:3年内节假日院前急救患者2129例,男女比为1.46:1;年龄(44.8±28.9)岁;每日14:00-20:00为院前急救高峰时间;创伤占16.9%、心脑血管系统疾病占6.4%、急性中毒占2.7%、急腹症占2.0%、猝死占1.61%,居前5位。入院率为50.73%。结论:前5位疾病是承德120急救中心节假日院前急救的主要对象。根据疾病谱确立急诊学科的技术建设重点和人才培养方向,提高院前急救水平对人类健康和急诊学科建设有重大意义。

Objective：To understand the Chengde City holidays in patients with pre-hospital disease.To find out the principles to guide the practice of first aid.Method：From Jan.2006 to Dec.2008,We reviewed the data of the patients in the 120 emergency center.Result：There were 2129 patients in prehospital during the holidays of 3 years,male to female ratio was 1.46：1;the age was（44.8±28.9）years;14：00-20：00 every day for the peak time for pre-hospital;trauma accounted for 16.90%,heart cerebro-vascular diseases accounted for 6.4%,2.7% of acute poisoning,acute abdomen 2%,sudden death accounted for 1.61%.Admission rate was 50.73%.Conclusion：The above five kinds of diseases before Chengde holidays 120 pre-hospital emergency center of the main targets of first aid.In accordance with established disease emergency construction disciplines focus on the technical direction and training of personnel to enhance the level of pre-hospital emergency on human health and the academic building of great significance.
