妊娠合并心脏病的临床治疗体会

Clinical Experience of Pregnancy Complicated with Heart Disease

目的:探讨妊娠合并心脏病的诊治方法,提高该病的诊治水平。方法:回顾性分析42例妊娠合并心脏病患者的临床资料。结果:本组剖宫产35例(83.3%),心功能I-Ⅱ级者,剖宫产16(72.7%);心功能Ⅲ-Ⅳ者,剖宫产12例(92.3%);心功能衰竭者7例均行剖宫产。42例孕妇死亡2例(4.8%),43胎儿死亡2例。结论:对妊娠合并心脏病患者积极地围产保健系统监护与治疗已有的心脏病,能有效地降低心衰的发生,改善妊娠结局。

Objective：To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy complicated with heart disease and improve the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Method：The clinical data of 42 pregnancies complicated with heart disease were analyzed retrospectively.Result：Among all cases,35 cases were operated with uterine-incision delivery,including 16 cases（72.7%）with I-Ⅱ level heart function,12 cases（92.3%）with 1-2 level heart function,7 cases（100%）with heart failure.There were two deaths among 42 gravitas and there were two deaths among 43 fetuses.Conclusion：Pregnancy complicated with heart disease should be guarded with health care system and the heart disease should also be treated,which could lower the occurrence of heart failure and improve the pregnancy outcome.
