盐酸莫西沙星治疗急性呼吸道感染的疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effects of Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Acute Respiratory Tract Infections

目的观察盐酸莫西沙星治疗急性呼吸道感染病患者的临床效果。方法对67例确诊的急性呼吸道感染病患者，采用口服盐酸莫西沙星片400mg，每日1次，7天为1疗程，观察疗效。结果总有效率为85．1％，致病微生物清除率90．3％，敏感率87．1％，耐药率3．2％。结论盐酸莫西沙星片是治疗急性呼吸道感染病的较佳药物。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Moxifloxacin Hydroehloride in the treatment of acute respiratory tract infections. Methods Sixty seven patients diagnosed as acute respiratory tract infections were administered orally at a dose of 400 mg Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride, once a day, and sevendays for a course of treatment.Results The overall clinical efficacious rate was 85.1%, and the bacterial clearance rate was 90.3% with sensitive bacteria 87.1%, drug resistant rate 3.2%.Conclusion Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride is an effective antibiotic for the treatment of acute respiratory tract infections.
