腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟斜疝高位结扎术的观察与护理

The observation and nursing of the laparoseopie pediatric inguinal hernia high ligation

目的探讨腹腔镜下行小儿腹股沟斜疝高位结扎术患者围手术期的护理经验。方法选择355例来我院就诊的腹股沟斜疝患儿予以腹腔镜下及予传统手术行斜疝高位结扎术。结果全组患儿均无不良反应，两组患儿相比较腹腔镜组的住院天数、手术时间明显缩短、手术中出血量少等，该术式在一定程度上减轻了基础护理的负担。结论做好充分的术前准备，术后严密观察生命体征的变化，保持呼吸道通畅及并发症的观察与护理是保证患儿安全的关键。

Objective To investigate the nursing methods due to peri-operative laparoscopic high ligation of hernial sac in pediatric oblique inguinal hernia.Method8 Laparoscopic high ligation of hernial sac in pediatric oblique inguinal hernia was performed in 320 children cases this year in our hospital and analyzed nursing methods.Results All of the children haven＇t show patient harmful repercussion during the period.The time of operation,operative blood loss,hospitalization in laparoseopie group were much better than classic group.Laparoseopie operation can reduce nurse buedens than classic group.Conclusions The full view of rigorous preoperative preparation,after adjustment for changes keeping respiratory tract unobsruted and complication of the observation and nursing is the key to guarantee safety children.
