摘要
为了弥补"听力法"过于依赖工人经验且无法精确判断锥齿轮传动质量的缺陷,提出了一种基于DSP和FPGA的锥齿轮传动噪声测试分析系统设计方案。利用DSP作为系统控制和数据处理的核心,采集噪声信号,经过滤波、模数转换、频谱分析综合判断锥齿轮传动质量;利用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的逻辑控制协调DSP实现整个系统功能;利用键盘和LCD的硬件设计实现人机接口;此外,系统还可通过串口模块与PC机通信实现信号数据存储。该系统功能集成、结构简单,为控制锥齿轮传动质量提供了一种有效的分析和测试工具。
To remedy the defects of hearing determine methods which over-reliance on the experience of works andcan not accurately judge the bevel gear mesh quality, a design of bevel gear mesh noise measurement and analysis system based on DSP and FPGA is proposed. DSP used as the controlling and data processing core in the system, collecting noise signal, after filtering, analog-digital conversion, spectrum analysis, bevel gear meshquality is comprehensive judged, By field programmable gate array(FPGA) logic control to coordinate DSP, the entire system functions are achieved. Using keyboard and LCD hardware design, humanmachine interface is implemented. In addition, by serial communication, this system can communicate with PC and implement signal data storage. Generally, the system is favorable for its integrated functions, simple structures and provide a powerful measurement and analysis tool for controlling bevel gear mesh quality.
