饲料含盐量对稚鳖生长和咬伤后果的影响

Different Feed Salinity on the Effects of Growth and Consequences of Bite in Juvenile Soft-shelled Turtle

研究了不同饲料含盐量对不同规格的中华鳖稚鳖摄食、生长及伤口愈合情况的影响.实验设3个处理组,分别用T1,T2和T3表示,饲料中含盐量分别为15,25,45 mg/g,养殖实验30 d.研究发现,饲料不同含盐水平对中华鳖稚鳖摄食及生长无显著影响,但随着饲料含盐量的升高,稚鳖饲料转化率和特定生长率有升高的趋势,攻击行为呈现出递减趋势,伤口愈合呈现升高趋势.实验结果表明,稚鳖饲料适宜含盐量可能为45 mg/g左右,高于目前水产行业的推荐值(20 mg/g).

A 30 trial was carried out to estimate the effect of different diets on growth performance and wound healing in juvenile soft-shelled turtle.The turtles were fed with three diets which have three levels of salinity（15,25,45 mg/g）,and the diets were denoted by T1,T2 and T3.The study found that there was no significant difference on growth performance and wound healing,but as the salinity increased,the specific growth rates（SGR）,the ratio in weight（RW）and protein efficient rate（PER） were on the rise and feed coefficient（FC） had a decreasing trend.Meanwhile,as the salinity increased,the turtles＇aggressive behavior had a decreasing trend and wound healing showed an increasing trend.The experimental results showed that the suitable salinity might be 45 mg/g,it was higher than the amount that the current aquaculture industry recommended（20 mg/g）.
