摘要
通过对南京老城区土地开发强度的研究,总结出影响中心区土地开发强度的因素包括交通区位、商业区位以及历史风貌区保护等方面.基于南京市2050年地铁站点周边用地可达性,构建南京老城区土地开发强度模型.从商业网点规划、历史风貌区保护等社会、历史条件对模型进行探讨,最终实现南京市老城区土地的合理开发利用.
By studying the land development intensity in the old city of Nanjing,the impact factors are found,including traffic location,commercial spaces and historical style and features zone protection and so on.And based on the land surrounding metro site accessibility of Nanjing in 2050,the land development intensity model of the city is constructed.The social and historical aspects including commercial network planning and historic protection are evaluated and involved in the modification of the model.Ultimately,the rational utilization of land in the old city of Nanjing are realized.
