甘肃省农村地区婴幼儿喂养方式和奶粉添加情况抽样调查

Investigation on Infant Feeding Manner and Powdered Milk Adding in Village Area of Gansu Province

目的通过对甘肃省农村地区婴幼儿喂养情况进行调查,探讨婴幼儿母乳喂养的现状和代乳品添加状况。方法设计问卷调查表,对252例婴幼儿家长进行喂养状况调查,包括喂养方式,以及代乳品添加的种类、添加量和添加时间。结果252例婴幼儿中,6月龄时母乳喂养占39.3%,混合喂养占54.0%,人工喂养占6.7%。有代乳品喂养史的占77.4%,添加代乳品的平均月龄为6月龄,累计添加时间为12.5个月,累计添加量为9.3kg。结论甘肃省农村地区婴幼儿母乳喂养率低,奶粉等代乳品是婴幼儿的主要食品来源。

OBJECTIVE Inquiry infant feeding situation in the village area of Gansu Province, to investigate the situation of infant breastfeeding and milk substitute adding. METHODS To investigate 252 infants’ feeding situation toward their parents, design questionnaire which include the kind, quantity and time of milk substitute adding and feeding manner, et al. RESULTS In 252 infants, breast-feeding account for 39.3%; mixed feeding account for 54.0%; artificial feeing account for 6.7%. when they were six-month-old. Who have been fed with milk substitute account for 77.4%. The accumulated time and quantities of milk substitute adding respectively are 12.5 months and 9.3kg, and the average month-old of it is six-month-old. CONCLUSION The rate of infant breast-feeding is low in the village area of Gansu Province, and the major source of infant food is milk substitute such as powdered milk.
