类风湿性关节炎42例护理体会

目的:总结类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)患者的护理经验。方法:回顾性分析我院2006年01月-2009年12月收治的42例RA住院患者实施的及时有效治疗以及心理健康指导、饮食、功能锻炼等方面的护理措施。结果:患者在住院期间对疾病的诊疗和护理给予积极配合。结论:对RA患者实施有效的护理,可减轻患者痛苦,增加治疗疾病的信心,缩短住院时间。

Summary： Purpose： Summarize the patient＇s nursing experience of rheumatoid arthritis （rheumatoid arthritis, RA）. Method： Person who review analyze 42 RA effective treatment and psychological health guidance in time that patient implement in hospital that our academy accept for medical treatment will it be January 2006 - will it be December 2009, nursing measure of the respect that the diet, function are tempered,etc.. Result： The patient makes a diagnosis to disease during in hospitalling and nursing cooperate actively. Conclusion： Implement effective nursing to RA patient, can lighten patient＇s agony, increase the confidence of treating disease, shorten hospital stays.
