含碳难选低品位铅锌硫化矿铅锌分离试验研究 被引量:14

摘要 内蒙古某铅锌矿含碳高、铅锌品位低,碳对铅锌浮选分离影响大。通过加入少量石灰调节矿浆pH值,改变泡沫性质,从而达到利用松醇油脱碳的目的,减少了碳在铅锌选别过程的累积;铅精选作业添加少量铁铬盐木质素,抑碳浮铅;选锌作业以CuSO4和丁基黄药作锌矿物的活化剂和捕收剂。试验结果表明,在原矿含铅0.72%、锌2.72%、碳6.26%的条件下,获得铅品位47.20%、回收率66.89%的铅精矿,锌品位48.90%、回收率79.25%锌精矿,实现了碳铅锌的分离。 Inner Mongolian low grade lead-zinc ore contains high carbon which would have negative impact on the separation of lead and zinc.Small amount of lime is employed as pH value regulator to modify the characteristic of bubbles so the accumulation of carbon could be avoided during the flotation of lead and zinc.Lignin is used to depress carbon during the flotation of lead.Blue stone and BX are adopted as activator and collector respectively for zinc separation.Under the condition of 0.72% lead,2.72% zinc and 6.26%TC in ROM,the qualified lead and zinc concentrate can be obtained in lab tests,grade and recovery of lead and zinc are 47.20%,66.89% and 48.90%,79.25% respectively,the separation of carbon,lead and zinc was realized.
