某难选复杂铅锌矿石选矿工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 该矿石中铅品位1.20%,锌品位7.54%,硫含量为20.96%,铅锌矿物之间以及它们与硫、脉石矿物之间共生关系密切,为难选铅锌矿。研究采用合理有效的选矿流程方案及药剂制度,使难选的铅锌矿物得到有效的回收,获得铅精矿品位61.53%、回收率69.67%,锌精矿品位52.24%、回收率89.84%的选矿指标。 In this paper mineral of Pb,Zn,S and gangue was fine-disseminated in crude ore,degree of Pb was 1.20%,degree of Zn was 7.54%,degree of S was 20.96%,was a refractory lead-zinc mine.At the same time the reasonable effective flotation process flowsheet and medicament were adopted to obtain better index:concentrate of Zn degree was 61.53% and recovery was 69.67%;concentrate of Zn degree was 52.24% and recovery was 89.84%.
