摘要
应用计算流体力学(CFD)方法对北京矿冶研究总院研制的KYF-160型浮选机槽体内空气分散度进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明,空气分散度随浮选机叶轮转速的增加,先增加后减小。与清水试验数据进行对比,验证了CFD方法的适用性。计算流体力学(CFD)方法可以应用于浮选机的设计与研究,有助于缩短设计周期与设计费用。
The paper simulates the air dispersion of flotation cell that is developed by BGRIMM.The results indicate that the air dispersion first increases and then decreases with the increase of impeller speed.The applicability of CFD simulation was validated by comparing with the air-water experiment in industrial test.The development cycle and the cost are reduced by CFD.
