摘要
文章首先介绍了美国国家质量奖产生的背景、实施情况和实践效果,认为政府在特定时期的质量推动对于国家经济的发展有着不可替代的作用;然后分析了我国当前的质量形势,认为实现经济增长方式的转变关键在于质量竞争力的提升;最后从国家质量发展纲要、名牌战略推动、质量兴市活动和质量人才培养等方面对我国政府如何推动质量进步进行了探讨。
At first,this paper introduces the background,imp lementation and performance of America Quality Award,finds out that America Quality Award has a special power to promote the development of national economy.Then this paper analyzes Chinese economic situation and the role of quality.At last this paper discusses how Chinese Government should do to push quality development from four sides which include national quality strategy,famous-brands strategy,city area quality strategy and quality professional.
