模糊自适应免疫控制在发酵过程中的应用

摘要 工业发酵是在密闭的容器中进行,利用夹套进行加热和冷却,其温度控制具有很大的应用价值。但这种被控对象往往存在严重的积分纯滞后现象,采用常规的控制算法难以达到所要求的控制品质,尤其是对超调量有较严格的限制时,常规的PID等算法很难达到令人满意的效果,将模糊免疫PID控制算法与自适应控制算法相结合,设计了一种模糊免疫自适应PID控制算法。当被控对象由于干扰等原因特性发生改变时,该算法具有一定的自适应能力。仿真结果表明,该方法具有超调量小;调整时间短和鲁棒性强等优点,控制效果优于常规的模糊PID控制等方法。 Industrial fermentation utilizes jacket to achieve heating and cooling in a closed vesselin.In the process,temperature control is very important.However the controlled object usually exist serious intgrarot plus time delay phenomenon,so the conventional control arithmetic is difficult to reach the required control quality,especially with more strict restriction on overshoot.By combining fuzzy immune PID control and adaptive control,a new control algorithm based on fuzzy immune adaptive PID control is proposed in this paper.When the characteristics of the controlled object are changed because of interference or other factors,the new algorithm posses certain adaptive ability.Simulation results showed that the new algorithm has low overshoot,short regulation time,strong anti-disturbance ability and great robustness.This algorithm has good control performance compared with conventional PID control.
