周源山煤矿抗冰救灾保井工作对煤矿防治水害的启示

2008年初,一场历史上罕见的大雪袭击湖南,地处郴州市资兴的周源山煤矿遭遇了50年一遇的冰雪灾害袭击,受灾情况极为严重。该矿组织全体职工认真贯彻落实上级的指示精神,严密组织,广泛动员,全矿上下众志成城,打好了一场抗击冰雪、抢险自救的攻坚战,其经验对煤矿防治水害具有一定的指导意义。

In early 2008,a rare snow in history hit Hunan,Zhouyuanshan Coal Mine located in Chenzhou City,suffered a 50-year return period freeze and snow disasters,the damage situation was very serious.The mine organized all workers to conscientiously implement the spirit of instructions from their superiors,tightly organized,extensive mobilization of the entire mine down unite and fight a fight against snow and ice,rescue of critical self-help,their experience have a certain significance for prevention and cure of mine water damage.
