摘要
描述了1个基于移动Agent的B2C电子商务平台模型及其服务流程,平台主要包括中介服务子系统及商家代理子系统2部分。中介系统中的Agent工厂接受客户购物请求,根据客户需求动态创建、派遣并召回各种移动Agent为客户提供自动化购物服务;而管理服务器主要对移动Agent进行协调,并对客户及商家信息统一管理。整个商务平台采取B/S与C/S的混合模式:以中介子系统为中心,以web方式向客户提供服务,通过商家代理客户端为商家提供服务。模型中搜索Agent等移动实体的加入,体现了自动化等优势,而协商Agent的引入使电子商务活动更加人性化。
This paper describes a mobile Agent based on model of B2C e-commerce platform and its service processes.The platform includes intermediation service subsystem and business Agent subsystem.The Agent Factory,one server of intermediation system,provides automation shopping service to the customers by dynamically creating mobile agents according to the customers＇ shopping demand.Management Server,the other server of intermediation system,manages all those mobile agents and customers＇ and merchants＇ information.The platform is to provide B/S and C/S mixed mode of service：To make the intermediation subsystem as the sevice center,it serves customers by web,and provide services to merchants by the Merchant Agent Client.
