摘要
利用机器视觉原理建立了可对取石钳头部进行自动检测的系统.系统主要由工业摄像机、镜头、背面光源及计算机硬件等组成,采用基于Canny算子的亚像素边缘检测与随机Hough变换的特征识别方法对取石钳头部非接触在线实时检测.实验表明,在系统的测量参量值中,角度标准差为0.20,距离标准差最大为0.010,测量精密度较为理想.
The machine vision system for auto inspecting the head of lithotomy forceps was presented which consists of industry camera,camera lens,backlight source,computer and other hardware components.The detection methods for sub-pixel edge extraction based on Canny operator as well as the feature recognition based on Hough transformation were applied.The system realizes real time non-contact inspection and has broad prospect of application in dimension measurement.The inspection results indicate that the angle standard deviation can reach 0.20,and distance standard deviation can reach 0.010,which prove that the measuring precision is satisfactory.
