摘要
研究采用阴离子交换树脂D392对低聚木糖粗糖浆进行脱色,采用单因素实验,分别用静态吸附和动态吸附法确定脱色的最佳工艺参数。结果表明:温度50℃、脱色时间3 h、糖浆pH 8.0条件下的静态吸附,脱色率为90.72%;动态脱色试验结果为:最佳流速为1.0 mL/min,低聚木糖粗糖浆与树脂的体积比为13:1,脱色率为89.26%;最佳的解吸条件为ω(NaOH)=10%水溶液和无水乙醇的混合溶液,V[ω(NaOH)10%水溶液]:V[无水乙醇]=1:1,解吸率达93.13%。
The unrefined syrup of xylooligosaccharide was decolorized by anion-exchange resin D392. the optimal technical parameters were set by static adsorption and dynamic adsorption with univariate experiment. The results showed that the optimal conditions of static adsorption, temperature 50℃, pH 8.0 for 3h, the decoloring rate was 90.72%. For dynamic adsorption, the optimal velocity of flow 1.0 mL./min, the volume ratio of unrefined syrup of xylooligosaccharide and resin was 13: 1, he decoloring rate was 89.26%. The optimal desorption condition was the mixed solution of equal volumes of NaOH[ ω(NaOH) = 10% ] and ethanol [ ω(C2H5OH) = 100% ]. The desorption rate was 93.13%.
