摘要
石油焦脱硫渣作为炼油厂脱硫过程的产品,实现其清洁利用是一个亟待解决的难题。研究了将石油焦脱硫渣作为钙质材料,替代石灰和石膏用于加气混凝土的生产。试验结果表明,采用石油焦脱硫渣生产的加气混凝土制品满足GB 11968—2006《蒸压加气混凝土砌块》的要求。石油焦脱硫渣作为一种新型钙质材料,使加气混凝土原材料选择更加广泛,同时为石油焦脱硫渣的资源化利用提供了新的途径。
Clean use of the petroleum coke desulfurization slag, refinery products of desulfurization process, has become an urgent problem to solve. This paper investigates the production of aerated concrete by taking the petroleum coke desulpburization slag as calcium material,to substitute lime and gypsum. The results show that the aerated concrete products produced by petroleum coke desulfurization slag can meet the requirements of GB 11968--2006 "Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Block". Petroleum coke desulfurization slag, as a new type of calcium material, makes the raw material selection range for aerated concrete more extensive. Meanwhile, it provides a new way for resource utilization of petroleum coke desulfurization slag.
