水性涂料用氧化铁红色浆的分散稳定性研究 被引量:6

摘要 探讨水性涂料用氧化铁红色浆体系中颜料含量、预分散转速、研磨次数、分散剂及增稠剂等对其分散稳定性的影响,确定了该体系的颜料含量、制备工艺以及相关助剂的种类和用量。当颜料含量为60%、颜料分散转速为3000 r/min时,选用分散剂SN-Dispersant 5034和增稠剂SMP-HV2与DSX AS 1130,研磨4次后,所制得的色浆具有良好的贮存稳定性,以此色浆制备的铁红色漆具有良好的分散性能和贮存稳定性。
