摘要
为研究兽用白花蛇舌草黄酮注射液的澄清工艺,试验采用石硫法和壳聚糖絮凝法制备兽用白花蛇舌草黄酮注射液,通过定性鉴别、黄酮含量测定及注射液有关物质检查,比较两种工艺的澄清效果。结果表明,用壳聚糖絮凝法制作的白花蛇舌草黄酮注射液含量高,但鞣质、树脂检查不合格;石硫法澄清白花蛇舌草黄酮注射液效果较好。
To study the clarifying procedure of flavones of Hedyotis diffusa injection,the flavones of Hedyotis diffusa injection used for animals were clarified by lime-sulfuric acid and flocculation with chitosan in this study.And the clarification effects of two procedures were compared by identifying quality,assaying content of flavones,checking related substance of injection.Results showed Hedyotis diffusa injection clarified by chitosan reserved more flavones,but tannin and balsam were unqualified;lime-sulfuric acid method was better to clarify flavones of Hedyotis diffusa injection.
