摘要 来源于Wistar大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)经淫羊藿苷(ICA)体外诱导处理,移植到心梗大鼠体内,研究心梗大鼠受损心肌的心肌结蛋白(Desmin)和心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)的表达情况。把分别经ICA(10-7mol/L)和5-aza(10μmol/L)诱导24 h+1周的MSCs,按照4×106的密度植入心梗大鼠体内2周或4周,通过免疫组化检测心肌Desmin和cTnT的表达。与2周组比较,注射4周的心梗大鼠Desmin和cTnT表达更加理想。在体外经10-7mol/L浓度的ICA诱导24 h+1周的MSCs经尾静脉注射治疗4周,能更有效地修复急性心梗大鼠的受损心肌。 To explore the expression of Desmin and cTnT in rats with myocardial infarction,MSCs induced by ICA in vitro from Wistar rat were transplanted into rats with myocardial infarction in accordance with the density of 4×10^6 once a day for 2-weeks or 4-weeks,which induced by ICA(10^-7 mol/L)and 5-aza(10 μmol/L) for 24 h and a 7-days culture.The specific protein Desmin and cTnT can be detected with immunohistochemistry method.Compared with the 2 w group,the expression of Desmin and cTnT in 4 w group was better.MSCs induced by ICA(10^-7 mol/L)for 24 h+1 w in vitro could improve the repairing of myocardial infarction in rats.
