摘要
以雌性育成鸡为对象,研究重金属镉对卵巢发育和血清激素水平的影响。将180只50日龄"海兰白鸡"随机分成3组,每组60只,分别饲喂不添加或添加140 mg/kg CdCl22、10 mg/kg CdCl2的全价饲料,建立亚慢性镉中毒模型。于试验20、406、0 d心脏采血处死、静置取血清,用放射性免疫方法检测血清内孕酮(P4)、雌二醇(E2)含量,称量鸡体重及卵巢重量。结果表明,镉影响鸡的生长性能、抑制卵巢发育,使血清内E2、P4含量降低,且呈明显的时间-剂量效应关系。
Female adult chickens were used to study the effects of cadmium on the overy development and seral sex hormone levels.180 Hy-line white hens in the age of 50 days were divided into 3 groups,60 in each group.The hens were fed with complete feed administered with 0 mg/kg CdCl2,140 mg/kg CdCl2 and 210 mg/kg CdCl2,respectively,to establish cadmium poisoning models.Gathering blood by intracardiac penetration at the 20th,40th,and the 60th days,sera were collected for detecting seral progesterone and estradiol.Body weight and ovary weight were measured.The results showed that growth performance,development of ovaries were inhibited by cadmium,seral E2 and P4 decreased after adding cadmium,and there was a obvious time-dose effect relation.
