摘要
随着机械化自动化技术在石油钻机行业的应用,我国石油钻机制造技术得到了较快的发展,但对钻机外围配套设备的自动化问题研究和投入明显不足。目前我国钻机的钻具排放和上、下钻台的操作还停留在20世纪60~70年代的水平,这与钻机整体技术的发展水平不相适应。介绍了国内外各种动力猫道技术水平和未来的发展趋势,并对我国进行相关研究提出了建议。
With mechanization and automation technology applications in the drilling rig industry,drilling rig manufacturing technology in China gained rapid development.But the research and investment in peripheral supporting equipment and automated drilling tools were clearly insufficient.Up to now the arrangement and the operation of making up and breaking down of dill pipe still stuck the level of 60~70 years in the last century while a drill rig operating,which is not kept up with the development of drilling rig technology.The catwalk technical level and the future development trend at home and abroad is described and some suggestions in research of power catwalk is made.
