往复节流型正脉冲发生器脉冲产生过程模拟 被引量:9

摘要 脉冲发生器是钻井液脉冲无线随钻测量系统中关键的组成部分。在介绍往复节流型正脉冲发生器的结构与基本工作原理的基础上,基于流体有限元方法,应用ANSYS软件对其脉冲产生过程进行了数值模拟分析,并与理论计算结果进行了对比。结果表明:有限元数值模拟与理论计算结果吻合,与脉冲实际产生过程的压力变化一致,比理论计算结果更接近实际情况,且钻井液流量对脉冲强度影响显著。 Pulse generator is a key component of wireless measurement system which adopts mud pulse technology to transmit information from bottom of the well to ground.Based on statement on the basic structure and principle of the reciprocating throttled positive pulse generator,simulation of pulse generating process with FEM analysis software ANSYS was carried out.Comparison shows that the simulation result was accorded with the theoretical calculation result and the simulation result was more accurate.Furthermore the displacement of mud affected the amplitude evidently.
