摘要
基于弹性胀缩原理,设计了多锥面卡瓦(篮瓦、螺瓦);利用筒体内左旋锯齿螺纹锥面对卡瓦的楔紧作用,使卡瓦咬紧落鱼(断落钻具);根据落鱼特征,加工加长筒、壁钩式引鞋,研制新型卡瓦打捞筒。该打捞筒抗拉强度高,打捞落鱼尺寸范围大,可实现打捞、退出、钻井液循环作业,能解决鱼头有毛刺、破损及严重偏离井眼轴线的打捞技术问题,在胜利油田打捞作业中发挥了重要作用。
Based on elastic telescopic principle,many pyramidal face slips(basket-type slips and spirality slips) were designed,using the wedging action of the left-hand thread pyramidal face in the slip socket to the slips to make the slips bite the fish(breaking lost pipe).Based on the characteristic of the fish,the barrel and the wall hook guiding shoe were extended and the neotype slip socket was developed.The tensile strength of it is very high,the range of fishing of it is very wide,it can implement fishing and releasing and circulating mud,it can handle the fishing problem of burr on fishing tool and damaged fish tools and the fishing disalignment.It played very important role in fishing job in Shengli Oil Field.
