摘要
为明确国内外不锈钢钢管标准之间的差异,进而为液化天然气行业不锈钢钢管标准的选用提供参考依据,从钢管的外形和尺寸要求、材料化学成分、制造、交货状态、力学性能及工艺性能等方面对国内流体输送用不锈钢无缝钢管和焊接钢管的生产标准和目前液化天然气行业普遍采用的国外不锈钢钢管生产标准进行了研究。结合输送介质液化天然气的低温和易燃特性,对标准的适用性进行了分析并提出了相应的补充要求建议。国内的不锈钢无缝钢管标准整体上要求较严,但尺寸范围相对偏小。对于不锈钢焊接管,国外标准要求更加详细严格。
The purpose is to find out the differences between standard specifications for Stainless Steel Pipe of China and America,and to give some suggestions in choosing standards for stainless steel pipes used in LNG industry. The standard demands on appearance and dimension of pipe, chemical composition of material, manufacture, furnished condition, tensile requirements and technological properties were discussed. The suitability of standards was analyzed, considering the special character of LNG. It was found that for seamless pipe in Chinese standard is stricter with smaller scope of dimension while for welded pipe American standard is more detailed and stricter.
