介绍了TOFD超声成像检测技术的原理、应用背景及其在中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司蜡油加氢处理装置厚壁板焊加氢反应器检验中的实际应用情况。专家评定和装置开工检验证明,采用TOFD超声成像检测替代射线检测对厚壁加氢反应器焊缝,特别是现场组焊的焊缝进行检测是非常成功和便利的。
Principle and background of the ultrasonic imaging technology, the implementation in hydrotreating set of Luoyang Petro-chemical Corporation were introduced. It has passed the test from the experts and start working of the set. Compared with the RT-ray technology, TOFD ultrasonic imaging technology is more successful and convenient to the thickness wainscot hydrogen-reactor.
