摘要
通过对新型撇油罐结构、原理及工艺过程的分析,找出了影响撇油罐除油效率的主要原因并进行了改造,改造后效果良好,配合其他污水处理设施,可将外排生产水水中含油量(OIW)降至20 mg/L以下,达到了GB 4914—2008《海洋石油勘探开发污染物排放浓度限值》中一级海域排放标准,环保效益、社会效益与经济效益显著。
The structure, principle and process of oil skim drum were analyzed. The primary reason influencing oil removal efficiency was found and improvement was carried out successfully. The better effect was achieved from the improvement. Combined with other oily water treatment facilities, OIW of effluent produced water was decreased to less than 20 mg/L, up to I-class sea area effluent criteria specified in GB 4914--2008 "Effluent Limitations for Pollutants from Offshore Petroleum Exploration and Production" . The environmental, social and economic benefits were notable.
