摘要
介绍一种基于80C51F020单片机和可编程逻辑器件(FPGA)控制数字存储示波器设计方案,采用了模块化结构进行硬件设计和软件设计,实现了波形参数实时采样、等效采样及测量功能。经使用证明,该示波器具有精度高、性能稳定,操作简便等特点。
Design scheme of digital memory oscilloscope based on SCM and FPGA control is introduced.It adopts the hardware and software design of modularization structure.The functions of real-time sampling,equivalent sampling,measurement and print of waveform parameters are realized.The application proves that the digital memory oscilloscope is accurate,stable and easy to operate.
