摘要
针对圆柱凸轮机构六缸往复泵进行了柱塞运动规律和各缸运动相位的研究,设计了动力端的凸轮机构,运用Matlab绘制了凸轮的轮廓曲线,分析了相位角误差对排量不均匀度的影响。研究结果表明:柱塞采用等加速—等速—等减速运动规律,各缸间采用60°相位差,往复泵理论上流量不均度为零;相位角误差对排量不均匀度有较大影响。研究结果对圆柱凸轮六缸恒流量往复泵的设计和制造具有一定参考意义。
To direct towards the six-cylinder constant flow reciprocating pump with the cylindrical cam-drive mechanism appearing in foreign oil drilling industry in recent years,the research about its plunger motion law and the phase of each cylinder's movement was carried out,and the cam mechanism of its motor section was designed,and the profile curve of the cylindrical cam was drew by using Matlab,then the phase error's influence on the flow oscillation was analyzed.The results showed that the plunger motion law was uniformly accelerated motion,uniform velocity motion and uniform retarded motion,and the phase between each two cylinders was 60°,then the theoretical flow oscillation of the reciprocating pump was zero;phase error made a strong impact on the flow oscillation.The results have a certain reference value to design and manufacture the six-cylinder constant flow reciprocating pump with the cylindrical cam-drive mechanism.
